System Overview

Performance, recovery, and health are systemic and inseparable.

Physiological systems interact constantly. Training output is capped by recovery capacity. A deficit in one function limits the gains available in another.

Effective support operates across the whole system. Endgame resolves that at the formulation level. The principles and standards governing it are set out below.

Each Endgame product is a module, organised around a physiological function rather than a single ingredient or outcome.

Modules are built to combine. Where overlap exists, it is deliberate, placed where compounds interact at a physiological level.

The system is organised into four classes.

Class I: daily baseline support, run as standard.
Class II: enhanced support for specific systems under elevated demand.
Class III: short-term corrective intervention for a specific marker.
Class IV: session-specific performance, layered on whatever foundation is running.

Any class can be added or removed without disrupting what is already in place.

The system is complex in its design so that it is straightforward in its use. The questions that would otherwise fall to the user, what to take, in what form, at what dose, are handled at the point of formulation.

The system scales from a single product to a fully managed protocol. For example, one scoop of Core and two soft gels of Omega replace a shelf of separately bought products.

Enhanced support is provided for periods of elevated physiological or pharmaceutical load. It is added when demand rises, runs for as long as that demand lasts, and comes off cleanly without disrupting the baseline beneath it.

Modularity unlocks capability.
