Refunds and Returns Policy

We accept all items for a full refund within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is unopened, in its original condition and has seals intact.

We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping and recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the tracking information until your return is processed.

To process a return please contact us via the Contact Us providing your Order Number, product you are returning and the reason for the return.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
