Context

The supplement industry runs on isolated products and competing claims. Formulas are built for shelf appeal. Doses are set to read well on a label. Marketing covers what the formulation lacks.
Serious training exposes the limits of this approach. Physiological demand accumulates across energy, recovery, focus, and resilience at the same time, and a collection of disconnected products struggles to meet it with any coherence.

2. Form. Each ingredient is delivered in the form selected for bioavailability.
3. Dose. Dosing is formulated on delivered amount, the active fraction the body absorbs.
4. Transparency. Every dose is disclosed in full, with no proprietary blends, and minerals stated as elemental amounts.
